Come and enjoy an unforgettable culinary experience where your taste buds will be awakened by the discovery of the flavors of our vegetable garden and our beautiful region , all in a friendly atmosphere . In season, take advantage of our barbecues, planchas and braziers to savor dishes prepared with passion.
Origin of our Products
The majority of the fruits and vegetables that you will taste come directly from our vegetable garden . Since 2021, we have also been producing a small quantity of olive oil that we will be delighted to share with you during our meals.
Our Local Partners:
- GAEC d'Empare Pradal : Our eggs and poultry come from this small neighboring producer , who you may be lucky enough to meet during his deliveries.
- Poissonnerie Signorel: Jean-Marc, our neighbor, offers you the bestfresh fish from the auction, delivered directly to us from its fishmonger located in the Carcassonne market halls .
- Ferme Rodier: Located in the Tarn, Marie delights us with her cow's milk cheeses , which she sells at the local market in a neighboring village.
- Combebelle goat farm : located in Bize-Minervois, discover the region's must-have goat cheeses .
- Le Mas d'Antonin : In Argeliers, you will find a variety of delicacies: olive oil, olives, olive puree and truffles.
- Cyril Codina Vinegars: These artisanal vinegars , from the magnificent village of Lagrasse , enhance our salads and dishes.
- L'Oulibo : As an aperitif, savor their delicious olives .
- EARL Bernard Sabatier: Located in Tourouzelle, this farm supplies us with apples and juices.
- The Halles of Narbonne: For our teas, we get our supplies from "La Tasse Gourmande" and for our spices, from "Un Brin Gourmand" , where you can discover lemon pepper, among other things.
- Artisanal Butcher's Shop "Maison Bertrand": For meats that we cannot obtain locally, we trust this butcher's shop renowned in the region.
- Wines from the Region: We work mainly with local winegrowers such as "Le Domaine La Tasque" , "Le Domaine Pierre Fil", "Le Domaine Les Tuileries" , "Château Landure" as well as the cooperative cellars of Pouzols-Mailhac and Argeliers.

Practical Information:
Table d'hôtes days : Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. In the off-season, do not hesitate to contact us to organize a table d'hôtes on another day.
Price: 35€/person, including aperitif, starter, main course, dessert, regional wine and coffee.
